How to Reconnect Socials with "Opt in to all"

When someone connects their social to Marky and has multiple Marky businesses, the social doesn’t know that Marky has multiple businesses. It sees them all as one integration. So when you don’t select “opt in to all”, but instead only choose one account for this business and then another for another Marky business, this locks the first business out. That’s why it’s important to select “opt in to all”


How to reconnect your socials with "Opt in to all":


Go to your Socials tab and click on the social you want to connect.




You'll see a view like this. Click on Edit previous Settings.




Once on that page, select "Opt in to all current and future Businesses".




Next, select "opt in to all" on each step when prompted.
